Shipping is FREE – we refund your cost to send in your items!
1. Carefully inspect your items - see 'clothing guidelines'
2. Print, fill out and sign the submittal form - without this, we won't know who the clothes belong to and we won't be able to credit your account with points
3. Package your items - to prevent damage in shipment, it is best to tie them up in a plastic grocery sack before boxing them.
4. Ship them to our address on the submittal form.
To qualify for FREE shipping (reimbursement of your cost to ship in items) your package must contain at least 10 items.
Shipping costs up to $10 (as labeled on the package by the USPS) will be refunded to you. Your refund check will be shipped out with your first order of clothing from the site.
Because our address is a PO Box, your package will need to be shipped via the US Postal Service. The least expensive method is parcel post - while the fastest is Priority Mail. If you use Priority Mail, the USPS provides the boxes for free! Also, if you want to avoid a trip to the post office, you can pay for and print your shipping label online and your mail carrier will pick it up!
